Burned Out Motor – A. Bruhn –
I loved this vacuum (while it worked) because it picked up a lot more dirt and cat hair and I found it very easy and convenient to use the other tools and attachments. However… the vacuum is only two years old and yesterday it sparked and then started to smoke and filled the house with an awful smell. I’ve since done searches and found that an unreliable motor has plagued this vacuum, so I’m hesitant to buy another Hoover. I spent more on this vacuum than I had on my previous one and it lasted only a fraction of the life I got out of other vacuums.
